The Watermelon Club- found on the facebook group of my mom’s hometown in South Dakota
My mom grew up on a farm outside of a small town in South Dakota, called Eureka. About 15 miles from the North Dakota boarder, we used to visit on summer break every other summer. The town was smaller and slower then, but I’m in the Facebook group for the town. Every now and then someone posts a gem from the town history.
